Summary | 0000514: When creating new directories, rsync 3.0.8 sometimes adds libc EAs automatically
Description | When running with --xattrs, rsync does not always sync the directory EAs for newly created directories.
Additional Information | This is a code timing issue. Rsync needs to be told to clean up the directory EAs for the newly created directory, but there's no convenient way to trigger this. The current workaround it to re-run rsync. This will bring the EAs into sync.
